Many newspapers use cheap stock pictures to accompany news stories and some even try to pass off these stock photos as current news pictures.
Here's
a reader's letter
to the editors of the Toronto Star.
If you've worked at a paper, you know that for each person who writes a letter of complaint to the editor, there are thousands of others who feel the same way.
