NPOY Receipt/Submission Issue

I never got a receipt, and thus no link to make my submissions. Maybe my bad for leaving it to the last day... ?

Anyway, I emailed the address attached to the "how to" page yesterday and haven't heard back, so I thought I'd post here to see if that gets a quicker reply.

I know the deadline has now come and gone, but I'm still wondering what can be done?
