Just in time for Christmas!!! (or the end of the world, depending on who you are talking to) Johnny Hayward and Carmine Marinelli have been busy little NPOY Coordinator elves and have gotten the rules and regs up for the 2012 National Pictures of the Year Awards. They can be found here:
http://www.npoy.ca/entry-rules/The NPOY Entry Fee option at the NPAC 'Store' [removed old link] will be live as of January 1st until January 31st (midnight) and once you make your payment, you will be sent an e-mail on how to upload your pics and multimedia pieces. Don't forget that you must be a member to enter, and that too can be purchased at the NPAC 'Store'.
