We have an EXCELLENT group of mentors this year. Talented photographers & editors who know the industry inside & out, multimedia specialists, portrait specialists and those who know the business of photography like none other.
Having a mentor at the beginning of your career can help it immensely. You will learn new styles and techniques of photography & editing, but also have someone to bounce ideas off of and learn as much as you can about the breadth of photojournalism.
Send me a few paragraphs (jill_is@hotmail.com) letting me know your interests and what you would like to get out of the program. If possible, send a resume/portfolio/links etc so we can match you with the best mentor for your skills & interests.
Mentors include: Moe Doiron, Mark Blinch, Don Denton, Dave Chidley, Graeme Roy, Christopher Pike, Fred Lum, Ann-Marie Jackson, Brent Foster, Tara Walton, Adrian Wyld, Warren Toda, Jimmy Jeong, Andrew Tolson, Andy Clark and Phill Snel (sorry I forgot you in this list the first time Phill)
Impressive indeed! I look forward to your applications.
Cheers,
Jill
