What Is Truth- Newspapers Know Truth

When Newspapers Rise - What Is Truth- The Defense Of The Abundance Truth.

The truth shall set you free. Facts are truths ,but there are also half truths, untruths and naked truths. Truth comes as small as kernels and grains and as big as explosions blowing the top off of things .
There are plausible truths, but it also comes in gospels and truckloads. Facts are hard but it is also said, beauty is truth.
It seems everyone has their own truth, the choice in the creation of truths creates untruths or near truth or alternate facts by degree and the list is long.Choice is a fact when truth is an action. It is a fact that I did this. This is a truth. An abstract truth may not be a fact unless there is action.Truth may just be an idea of how to act. A choice.

This where it all stands in 2020.

The truth needs to be sorted out and newspapers are better than most to do that.
Newspapers try the hardest.

Truth has been bent, stolen, tortured and screamed from rooftops. Truth is sometimes stranger than fiction. Some truths are buried, lost, destroyed and  inconvenient, others are deadly.  It is said country music is three chords and the truth. Truth is simple, it is truth that rings out. Truth sounds about right and sometimes truth hurts.
Truth is out there, it sometimes hurts, it maybe in the details, there may only be profound moment of truth. It could also be a casualty because truth is the soul of every story.

Backs can be turned on it, but it should always be faced head on. Truth cannot be corrected.
There are facts and dammed facts, facts of the matter and there is something fishy about factoids. Facts can be faced, found, checked or avoided. The word fact is also a four letter word starting with “f”. A fact is at the root of artifact, manufacturing, factor and satisfaction . Facts can be selected, avoided, spun or exalted.

There is truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. Truth can be found in abundance,or not at all as people can be shielded from the truth or just plain lied to with untruths. People should know the truth, seek the truth and speak the truth. Truth is not the property of political parties, demigods nor business leaders.

Truths can be personal but facts are universal. People choose truth. People believe in truth and fight for truth. Truth needs to be uncovered and exposed as layers of untruths mount in ever greater piles over it. Untruths confuse truths.
People live by their truths and many have died for them.Like it or not, those are the facts.

When newspapers rise, it will because they will become known to be  agents of truth and a newspaper will be a place where truth is found and untruths are not repeated, negotiated, marginalized , strategized, gamed or lobbied for.

Truth has always appeared in black and white, it has always been written, attributed, recorded and recoverable, to be verified in both in the past and the future. The newspaper business will soon be colliding with truths it cannot control, but can prepare for. The way it has always been done  will need radical change. The recording of true, truth, and the facts, true bravery and courage are needed more that ever, by their customers. The word hero should almost never be used again because it is almost always an untruth. The word has been ruined. This is what the courageous always say, but media never listens. It should be said newspapers are four sections and the truth this would be a good start for a collective rethink of the product. Thoughts by Ken Gigliotti
