Photographer/Videographers (3)

We’re looking for three highly motivated and creative photographer/videographers to cover a wide variety of assignments including news, sports, feature portraits. Many assignments require shooting video as well as still images.

Reporting to the Visuals Editor, the successful applicants will execute a variety of coverage assignments each day, come up with their own ideas for feature photographs, edit, caption and transmit photos and/or videos quickly and efficiently, and transmit blogs, tweets and other posts to social media channels.

Job-Specific Requirements

Experience using Photoshop, Final Cut Pro X and Photo Mechanic
Strong knowledge of video and audio recording using latest techniques and equipment


Deadline is August 5th.

The other positions are for reporters, Sports x3, Lifestyle x2, entertainment x2 and Investigative (in Ottawa) x2

OK, one of the positions is going to be filled by Rene Johnston who will slip back to the street after being the Deputy Photo Editor for a year.
