The camera's are the Df's, D610's and D7100's (about +$60) and, if memory serves, around +$100 for Df and D610
and most lenses are zipping up with some minor increases (+30 - $50) and some hefty increases (+$100 - 200).  Again,
if memory serves, the trio of 2.8's (14-24,24-70,70-200/2. are up in this latter range.   

When I'm back at work, I'll try copy and paste the items and, approximate, price increases

No problem Justin and I do apologise for not posting the items and increase amounts
I tried it several times but, sadly, spreadsheet type stuff and myself just ain't on friendly
terms ;(  I may try again ….. or, I'll email you my email address and
if there's any items you're interested in, I'll let you know how much they're supposed to be
going up
