Bursary offers safety training for independent journalists exposing human rights

Hi everyone,

The 2016 Portenier Human Rights Bursary competition will grant a $CDN3,000.00 bursary for hostile environment/safety training to an independent human rights filmmaker or freelance journalist (of any nationality). Entries must be received by 30 June.
