I'd heard he was not well recently but heard that Phillip Walker passed away this afternoon. More information here at a Facebook Page dedicated to Phil. A reception will be held in Waterloo on Jan 28 for those who can attend.

Super sad, but what is moving is the friendships he shared with the other Record photographers.
They truly are a family.
