Volunteer Opportunity: NPAC Monthly Clip Contest Coordinator
After five years of dedicated service, Evan Buhler is stepping down as manager of NPAC’s Monthly Clip Contest. We’re deeply grateful for Evan’s commitment to celebrating the best in Canadian photojournalism, finding new judges each month — and now we’re looking for someone to carry the torch!
We need a volunteer to:
Collect photo submissions from NPAC members each month
Organize and send entries to a rotating panel of judges
Help ensure the contest runs smoothly and on schedule
Evan is generously offering his support during the transition to help get the new coordinator up and running.
This is a great opportunity to stay connected to the photojournalism community, contribute meaningfully to NPAC, and help showcase powerful work from across the country.

We thank our membership for their entries into the National Pictures of the Year competition. With the current geopolitical climate, and the general nature of our industry, we have had unprecedented challenges pinning down industry-leading photojournalists with the time to participate in judging. An update will be posted when that is underway.
