    The Saddle Hills Cattle Ranch in La Glace, Alta., about 50 km North of Grande Prairie, Alta., was busy on June 11 as the community gathered to help brand the years new calves. About 380 calves were branded in approximately five hours with the help of almost 50 people.

    Comments: This entry contains lots of really solid images from the event. It should have been edited tighter. Also, it would have been nice to see some features from the sidelines, fans, etc. in addition to the action for variety in the multi-picture category.
