    Kade Lee’s mom Linda Lee set up a memorial by his blood stains on 20th Street near Prairie Harm Reduction where Kade Lee was shot and killed earlier that morning. “I don’t know why or how or who,” Lee said on Tuesday as she laid flowers, a teddy bear and tobacco near the spot where her son, 25-year-old Kade Lee, was fatally shot.
