Title: 2016 POY year in revies

I find it hard to describe how impressed I am with this book. It arrived just before we went to our cottage. I took it there and took my time. The photographs are excellent.
Over my 42 years as a professional news photographer, I have always been proud of our profession.My involvement over the years with the Alberta News Photographers and then with the Western Canadian News Photographer was intense. I am so proud to see you, the current photographers carrying on in such a professional way during, what I know, are hard times. Keep it up. You make me proud.

Thanks for the kind words, Jim. We are very rich with talent and I've been proud to see it all come together every year.

We should all be proud and I'm glad NPAC is here to raise up and foster the incredible work our community.
